Every blade that leaves the Northbound Blade workshop starts the same way: a bar of raw steel, a hot forge, and no shortcuts.
Northbound Blade was founded on a simple belief — that a knife should earn its place in your hand through the skill of a real craftsperson, not an assembly line. What began as a small operation grew into a full workshop producing kitchen knives, hunting and outdoor tools, and display-grade cosplay pieces, each one shaped, ground, and finished by hand.
The process hasn't changed much since the beginning. Steel is heated, hammered, and drawn out to shape. Edges are ground and honed by feel as much as by measurement. Handles are fitted, sanded, and sealed one at a time. It's slower than a factory line, and that's the point — every piece that reaches you has actually passed through someone's hands, not just a production schedule.
Northbound Blade ships across Canada and the United States, and every kitchen knife, hunting tool, and display piece is designed and finished as a functional tool or collector's piece — built to be used, displayed, and passed down.
