Processing Time

Every piece we sell is hand-forged, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and readied for shipment. This processing time does not include the delivery time below.

If, for any reason, your order takes longer than 5 business days to process, we will contact you directly to let you know and keep you updated on the new expected timeline.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 6-7 business days, depending on your location within Canada or the USA.

In total, please expect your order to arrive within approximately 11-12 business days from the date it was placed, barring any unforeseen delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet the timelines above, hand-forging is a slower, more deliberate process than mass production, and delays can occasionally happen. If your order is delayed beyond our standard 5 business day processing window, we will reach out to notify you as soon as possible.
