Are these steak knives serrated?
No. All three sets have straight (plain) edges, which cut cleanly and can be honed and resharpened at home.

Can steak knives go in the dishwasher?
Please don't. Hand wash, dry right away, and store them in the leather roll; the black coating and natural handles last much longer that way.

Yes, free: up to 20 characters on the blades or on the leather roll. Engraving adds 2 business days, and engraved sets are final sale.
