Processing Time

Every piece we sell is hand-forged, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and readied for shipment. This processing time does not include the delivery time below.

If, for any reason, your order takes longer than 5 business days to process, we will contact you directly to let you know and keep you updated on the new expected timeline.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 6-7 business days, depending on your location within Canada or the USA. or 7-8 business days for European orders, from the date it was placed, barring any unforeseen delays.

In total, please expect your order to arrive within approximately 11-12 business days from the date it was placed, barring any unforeseen delays.

Free shipping on orders over $150 applies to Canada and U.S. orders only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer — Northbound Blade is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Delays

While we do everything we can to meet the timelines above, hand-forging is a slower, more deliberate process than mass production, and delays can occasionally happen. If your order is delayed beyond our standard 5 business day processing window, we will reach out to notify you as soon as possible. Please note that delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or other events outside our control are not within our ability to expedite.
