Care & Maintenance

Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap, and dry immediately — never leave a blade soaking or run it through a dishwasher. Wipe on a light coat of food-grade mineral oil after use to protect the steel, and store it dry in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip. A few seconds of care after each use keeps a hand-forged edge true for decades.

About this piece

Une paire de couteaux d'office de cuisine incurvés, idéale pour peler, parer et les travaux de préparation minutieux. Chaque lame a une découpe près du talon pour une prise en main confortable et rapprochée lors de coupes fines, et la courbe profonde permet de peler rapidement les fruits et légumes.

Les manches sont en bois massif avec des rivets en laiton, dimensionnés pour une prise en main sûre lors des tâches de précision.
