Wipe on a light coat of food-grade mineral oil after use to protect the steel, and store it dry in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip. A few seconds of care after each use keeps a hand-forged edge true for decades.

About this piece

Un ensemble compact de 3 couteaux à dépecer et à écorcher, dimensionné pour le travail de précision – écorcher autour des yeux et des oreilles, écorchage fin et dépeçage général. Chaque lame est à pointe tombante avec une section de dos dentelée pour un contrôle de prise supplémentaire et une encoche d'éviscération près de la garde.

Les manches combinent une plaquette en bois foncé avec une prise en bois de rose chaud, assemblées avec des goupilles en laiton pour une prise durable et confortable.
