Un ensemble de 3 couteaux à dépecer conçu pour le traitement du gibier sur le terrain — dépeçage, écorchage et désossage. Chaque couteau est doté d'un crochet à éviscérer près de la pointe pour ouvrir la peau proprement sans percer la cavité abdominale, et d'une lame profonde et courbée pour des mouvements de dépeçage efficaces.

Les manches sont en corne de buffle noire massive, finis avec un grain naturel subtil qui rend chaque ensemble légèrement unique.
