Care & Maintenance
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap, and dry immediately — never leave a blade soaking or run it through a dishwasher. Wipe on a light coat of food-grade mineral oil after use to protect the steel, and store it dry in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip. A few seconds of care after each use keeps a hand-forged edge true for decades.

Black hammered steak knives that look as good on the table as they cut. Straight, sharp edges glide through a ribeye or brisket without tearing, so every slice stays juicy. Choose a set of 6, 8, 12 or 16 knives: from a family dinner to a full backyard crowd.
- Black hammered stainless blades: powder-coated for a dramatic, low-shine look, with a bright ground straight edge. No serrations, so the meat is cut cleanly, not sawn.
- Rosewood handles with three brass pins and a black steel butt with a hanging hole.
- Leather roll included to store and protect the whole set. Choose the gift box option for a ready-to-give present: perfect for housewarmings, weddings and the BBQ lover.
- Free engraving on the blades (up to 20 characters) or on the leather roll. Engraving adds 2 business days; personalised items are final sale.
