Hand-forged layered steel folded to reveal a distinctive flowing wave pattern — no two blades are alike. Prized for its hard cutting edge and excellent edge retention. Hand wash, dry immediately, and apply a light coat of food-grade oil to protect the etched pattern.

Care & Maintenance
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap, and dry immediately — never leave a blade soaking or run it through a dishwasher. Wipe on a light coat of food-grade mineral oil after use to protect the steel, and store it dry in a sheath, knife roll, or on a magnetic strip. A few seconds of care after each use keeps a hand-forged edge true for decades.

About this piece
Un couperet de cuisine en acier de Damas forgé à la main avec une lame large et pleine, conçu pour les tâches de hachage lourd et de portionnement, accompagné d'un étui en cuir cousu main avec un bouton-pression concho en laiton en forme d'étoile.
Choisissez entre deux designs de manche : une poignée en corne de buffle solide avec un éclat anthracite profond, ou un manche bicolore associant du bois d'olivier chaleureux à une mitre en corne. Les deux partagent la même lame forgée en acier de Damas et l'étui en cuir travaillé avec une boucle de ceinture pour une utilisation en cuisine ou en camping.
